North Bondi Apartment Renovation
A complete strip-out and rebuild of a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment (approximately 100 m² internal) in a 1960s North Bondi block, delivered under a CDC with the Owners Corporation approval. The challenge here was executing a high-end Inera Studio design — curved cabinetry, arched kitchen and laundry openings, stone-clad bath tops, mitred tile corners, zero-threshold transitions throughout and full-height wardrobes whilst working inside a live strata building with restricted access, limited service cores under a firm strata management. Our team coordinated demolition, structural make-good with fire seperation panels , new cavity sliders, underfloor heating to bathrooms, VJ panel and timber batten ceilings, new electrical and A/C rough-in, and bespoke joinery to every room, all finished to a furniture-grade standard.
