Our renovation of an apartment at 168 Ramsgate Avenue, on the Ben Buckler peninsula in North Bondi, was named a finalist in the 2026 HIA NSW Housing Awards. The category is judged on site by industry peers on the completed work rather than the drawings, with half the available points weighted to quality of workmanship.
A 36‐week renovation inside a 1995 building on the Ben Buckler peninsula — the apartment rebuilt behind its contemporary coastal envelope to current standard, with full re‐waterproofing, new acoustic flooring, upgraded fire protection and corrosion‐resistant detailing for a highly exposed marine environment, delivered on program in a fully occupied strata building.

High-end apartment renovation located in one of Sydney’s most prestigious harbourside suburbs. Complete interior redesign focused on panoramic views, bespoke joinery, spatial reconfiguration, and refined contemporary finishes.
Rooftop Terrace
William Street, Randwick.
Addition of an entirely new rooftop level, including structural upgrade to carry a spa and a fixed high-wind-rated pergola. A Modinex timber-look lining was installed to the underside of the roof, giving the covered lounge a warm, finished ceiling rather than an exposed structure. Engineering, certification and logistics were coordinated inhouse, and the completed level reads as original to the building.

Commercial fit-located in the heart of Sydney’s exclusive and luxurious Double Bay. Bedouin serves traditional Lebanese food during the week and runs as a late-night bar serving premium cocktails.

Circular Quay Residence - Major Apartment Renovation

A technically demanding full renovation of an apartment inside the Pullman hotel building at Circular Quay — an operating hotel, so noise windows, access hours and guest amenity were fixed constraints rather than preferences. Every delivery, demolition load and trade movement booked through a single service lift. The minimalist scheme left nowhere to hide a tolerance, and the 18-week program was met without extension.
